Adding newly released stockpile to your calculator is easy! When new stockpile items are added to the game, you can update your calculator yourself. After pasting in your stockpile, if you have something new that isn't on the master stockpile list yet, you'll get a red message letting you know. Go to the Master Stockpile List tab and follow the instructions below.
UPDATE: If you want to keep your calculator completely up-to-date, rather than just including items you own, you can simply copy and paste them (paste special - text only) from this list of items released since November 30, 2011. See below for more info.

In Excel, copy an item listed in the grey 'Missing Items' box including the name of the item through and including attack and defense to the right of it. (For unusual items that don't have stats, copy only the name.)
In OpenOffice, it might just be easiest to skip to the next step and type in the data manually or copy new stockpile info from above.
Based on the item type, scroll down the appropriate list until you find cells marked N/A. (This example shows armor.)
Click on the upper leftmost cell marked N/A.
Right click and select paste special, then select Values. If you're typing the item in manually, remember what it's stats were (or enter them first!) After correctly entering the item name, the item will no longer appear in the grey 'missing items' box above. (If you type the name in, and the item still remains in the gray box, the item you entered doesn't exactly match. Try again!)
It's not necessary and won't affect anything, but you can also add an abbreviation indicating the item source. In this example, I entered "LHHB" for Limited Heist Helper Bonus.
REPEAT AS NEEDED - Repeat the steps above until no more items appear in the grey box.
