*When you accepted the Secret Briefcase from Facebook, it opened to reveal what was inside, either MMA Gloves or a War Machete. Whatever was inside then appeared in your Mob Wars list of tokens available to accept. (If you got a briefcase from helping a friend with a job, it's worthless. You'll see it in your stockpile, but you cannot get anything out of it.)
